The ProMountings GS Roller Mount is for use solely with the and is ideal for situations where you wish to minimise noise, or lessen vibration from travelling up through ceilings. Using the same concept as the static  where the gas spring is supplied to match the specific weight of the punching bag you wish to hang, therefore allowing the punching bag to be buoyant with a dramatic reduction in noise and vibration.
