At REFLEX Sales Shop, we stand behind our equipment like you stand behind your punches. We’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your training gear. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as straightforward as a jab.

Returns Period

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Groin Guards
  • Head Guards
  • Mouthguards
  • Hand Wraps & Tapes
  • Any hygiene-sensitive protective equipment

These items are excluded to protect all members of our fighting community from potential health risks.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.
  4. Ship to Address: Send to: REFLEX Returns, 64 Pierrepont St, Bath, GB BA2Y 1PU. We recommend using a tracked service.
  5. Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For damaged items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For size or color exchanges, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item within 2 business days using your original shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
