Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: We pride ourselves on speed. Your order will be processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) using trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time.

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will arrive within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our equipment like you stand behind your punches. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve made the process as straightforward as a jab.

Returns Period: You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of our entire fighting community, the following hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Groin Guards
  • Head Guards
  • Mouthguards
  • Hand Wraps & Tapes
  • Any other hygiene-sensitive protective equipment

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Securely: Package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.
  4. Ship to Address: Send your return to: REFLEX Returns, 64 Pierrepont St, Bath, GB BA2Y 1PU. We recommend using a tracked service.
  5. Confirmation: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For damaged items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For a size or colour exchange, please follow the standard return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item within 2 business days using your original shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
